Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The item is returned with the original packaging, in the condition as how you received it (including all accessories, all materials, price taps, free gift etc.)
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For Delivery, orders that are not able to be delivered will automatically be cancelled and you will not be charged when the order is cancelled. However, ManikSun reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for cancelled orders.

Cancel an Order

Due to shipment and delivery times, there are limitations on when changes or cancellations to orders can be made. We only accept cancellations when the order is still in the processing state. Once the order is packed or/and shipped, the order will not be processed under any cancellation request but under our 30 Days Return Policy. Order cancellation must be submitted via submitting a cancellation requesting a cancellation with the use of any other forms of contact.

However, If the item you requested is not available you will not be charged for that item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping time and cost

1) After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, you will see the estimated delivery time and cost for shipping on your order confirmation page.

2) The warehouse may take 1-3 days to process your order. You will also receive an order confirmation message that will outline the estimated processing time for your order. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.

3) In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to warehouse address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Merchandise on Website

Products descriptions, images and services may be made available by us or by third parties. We make no representations as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of such listings, descriptions, specifications, or images and prices contained on the Sites. Prices and availability for Products information are subject to change at any time without notice. We best try to display colors of Products as accurately as possible on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual display of any color will be accurate.

Delivery Restrictions

Delivery is dependent upon product eligibility, inventory availability, available delivery time slots, and delivery location.

Shipping Address

The default shipping address will be the address you have on file for your account. If you do not add and select a new address, the order will be delivered to the default address.

Order status

ManikSun Store sends an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. After completing an online order, you will receive an email confirming the purchase with an order number. Order numbers can be used as a reference if additional support is needed. If the email is lost or deleted, you can track orders through your online account.
